A display of vibrant colours greets you upon entry to the ISP Library. Not only are there thousands of books in circulation, the dedicated staff create regular exhibitions promoting local, national, and international events making this space the true core of the school.

The various collections in the ISP Library are suitable for all ages; with picture books, non-fiction, reference, poetry collections, graphic, classic and modern novels, there is something for everyone. There is even a Modern Foreign Languages section.

Students explore a plethora of literature in an inviting environment that promotes exploration, enquiry and collaboration. Younger pupils get lost in the expressive story-telling of our talented Teacher Librarians. Others participate in lessons conducted in this amazing space then take advantage of the online catalogue to aid their own research. With areas for study and others to curl up and read in, the ISP Library is arguably the most desirable place to be at ISP.

Students access library information via Destiny Quest, either using the app on their iPads or by logging in through a browser. Destiny Quest allows students to search for books by name, author, genre etc, and reserve books that are currently on loan. They can also read or write reviews, make recommendations, and discover which books are the most popular, or the latest arrivals. Teachers can also recommend books and respond to students’ questions.
